How to prepare for a mattress cleaning assessment

Identify the mattress
Send the brand, size and model if available, along with the manufacturer’s care instructions. Foam, spring and hybrid constructions are not interchangeable. A removable cover can have its own instructions and should not automatically be treated like the mattress beneath it. Explain which surfaces you want assessed and whether the mattress has a topper or protector.
Prepare the room safely
Remove bedding and personal items before the appointment if agreed. Leave enough space to reach the relevant edges without trying to move a heavy mattress by yourself. Keep expectations practical
Describe stains and what has already been applied. Some discoloration can remain after cleaning, and the service should not be described as a cure for allergies or other health concerns.
