No. We first review the furniture, location and access, then confirm the estimate and arrange a time with you.
What should I send for an estimate?
Start with your ZIP code, the service and item size. Photos of the item and care label are helpful; you can send them directly through WhatsApp.
How long will my furniture take to dry?
Drying varies with fabric, treatment, airflow and room conditions. We discuss this before cleaning. Keep the item unused until fully dry and follow the care guidance given for it.
Can you guarantee every stain will disappear?
No. Some stains change the fibers or dyes permanently. Tell us what caused the mark and what has already been applied so we can explain the likely limits.
Do you bring a heated extractor?
The owner uses a Mytee 8070 extractor. Whether extraction is suitable is decided from the item’s fabric, construction and care instructions; equipment alone does not determine the method.
