Count actual pieces and sizes
The words whole home do not tell you how many items are included. A useful estimate identifies the sofa, chairs, mattress and rug sizes separately. A sectional is not automatically equivalent to a standard three-seat sofa, and a large natural-fiber rug is not equivalent to a small suitable synthetic rug. Send a room-by-room list to help define the appointment.
Separate standard care from extra work
Heavy pet hair, persistent odors, delicate materials, leather, repairs and difficult access may require additional assessment. Ask which of these are included and which are quoted separately. A package should not imply unlimited work or a guaranteed outcome on stains. Travel, access charges and any applicable tax should be clear in the final quote before booking.
Plan access once for the full visit
