Count more than the chairs
Tell us the number of pieces and whether each has an upholstered seat, back, arms or all three. Two sets of six chairs can represent quite different jobs. Include a photo from the front and back, plus the care label if it is underneath. Mention nailhead trim, loose decorative edges and any delicate painted or wooden surfaces next to the fabric.
Explain everyday use and marks
Food spills, body contact and general dust can show up differently across a set. Point out the chairs that need particular attention rather than assuming they are all in the same condition.
